FAQ
Cookie Care – How to keep your sweet treats tasting their best!
To maintain the utmost freshness over a longer period of time, we recommend placing your cookies in the freezer (refrigeration dries them out!) Trust us— freezing cookies sounds odd but it locks in the soft & chewy nature of your favorite cookie!
If you like your cookie to have that “fresh out of the oven” yumminess, then we recommend popping it in the microwave for 10-20 seconds. Be sure you watch your cookie closely though, things past the microwave door may be hotter than they appear!
Where is the ingredient list?

Do your cookies contain nuts?
Some of our products do contain nuts. For those who have a severe allergy, please be aware that we do our best to keep everything separate but there is still a chance of cross contamination.
Do your cookies contain soy?
Our Snickerdoodle, Birthday Cake, and Drunken Grandma cookies are soy-free. Our vegan chocolate chips and white chocolate contain soy lecithin.
Do you have wheat-free cookies?
Yes! Our wheat-free options are listed on our website.
Are your wheat-free cookies celiac safe?
While we do our best to keep everything separate, we do not operate a “celiac safe” facility, meaning there is a chance of cross contamination. This is why we use the term “wheat free” instead of “gluten free”.
