Is there an order minimum?

We are here to help with orders large and small - from a single platter to gifts for the whole company! For the personalized VIP service provided by our sales team, a 2.5% Corporate Cookie service fee will be added to the final invoice for all orders.

When do I need to place my order by? 

Orders need to be submitted and approved 2 weeks before pick up/ship date. All custom orders need to be submitted and approved 3 weeks before ship date. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

Do you offer smaller cookies? 

While our standard 3 oz cookie is typical for online orders, catering and corporate orders do have the option to select from a smaller, 1.5 oz cookie. All event platters come with 1.5 oz cookies, unsealed.

Do you deliver?

If your event is located in San Diego, our team may be able to deliver your cookies for an additional charge, dependent upon date and time - just ask!

Can I customize my order?  

Absolutely. While there is a $200 minimum on custom orders, our team will work with you on the perfect solution. Add a custom note for no additional fee.

Do you offer a discount?  

For non-profits or orders over $1000, we are happy to discuss a potential discount.
